Visiting the Morris campus is an energizing experience. We make it easy to schedule a visit through a variety of options.
When you visit, you’ll see what the college experience can be at the University of Minnesota, Morris: professors who will inspire you, great facilities, a campus noted as a national leader in green initiatives—all under a beautiful prairie sky.
You can visit campus anytime; however, late August through mid-May is the best time to see the University of Minnesota, Morris campus in action. Summer is a great time to take in the campus in a quieter setting.
Customize your Individual Visit
An individualized visit to campus is a great way to see what Morris has to offer. We can tailor the experience to your interests. You can explore academics, athletics, the performing arts; you can take a tour and even do an overnight stay with a current student.
- September through April: Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.
- May through August: Monday–Friday at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Special Visit Days
Special Visit Days allow you to experience Morris in a structured group setting. While not as flexible as our individual visits, these programs offer a great overview of campus life, the opportunity to meet current students and professors, and the chance to interact with other students who are considering Morris among their college options.

Admitted Student Days
Congratulations on being admitted to the University of Minnesota, Morris! We want you to have even more opportunities to see what it’s like to be a Morris student so we’ve set aside specific Mondays and Fridays during March and April for students who, just like you, have been accepted for fall 2015. Feel like attending a class? Want to eat lunch with a current student? Maybe meeting with a coach or professor is up your alley? Interested in rehearsing with a music ensemble?
