Returning to Morris

Welcome back! We’re glad you want to continue your studies at Morris. If you’ve been away for fewer than two semesters, please contact the Office of the Registrar at 320-589-6030.

If you’ve been away for more than two semesters, you will need to re-apply, following the steps below:

  1. Complete the Application for Re-Admission.
    The Application for Re-admission is available for download.
  2. Have ALL official college and university transcripts sent directly to Morris.
    You will not need to send any University of Minnesota transcripts, as we already have this information. Have official college transcripts sent directly from each institution you have attended. Make your request early, as it can take several days for a college to issue your transcript. Read our transfer credit policy for information on transferable course credit.
  3. Send any additional information (optional).
    Feel free to include extra materials like written statements, letters of recommendation, and resumes that would help add depth to your application. We encourage written statements if there are any extenuating circumstances we should take into account when reviewing your application.
  4. In about three weeks, you’ll receive an admission decision in the mail.
    Shortly after you will be contacted by the Registrar’s Office with information on how to register for classes and complete the necessary steps to be a Morris student.
