Morris offers international students the best in a liberal arts education at an incredible value. We charge the same tuition rate of all of our students—no matter whether you're from Minnesota or Morocco. The average class size at Morris is 16 students, so you will receive personal attention from our dedicated and talented faculty and staff members.
Who can apply as an international student?
- Any student who is not a permanent resident or citizen of the United States;
- Students who have arrived (or are planning to arrive) in the United States on a U.S. visa, including students from Canada.
If you have U.S. citizenship then you are not an international student.
Thriving at Morris
If your native language or language of instruction is not English, you must show demonstrated English proficiency by achieving scores of:
- TOEFL scores of 79 (IBT), 213 (CBT), 550 (PBT), or;
- IELTS score of 5.5 overall, or;
- SAT score of at least 530 on the critical reading section.
If your native language or language of instruction is English, you are required to take the SAT or ACT exam.
